What we measure
What a routine report misses
These are ordinary blood tests, run by any pathology lab in India, and they are four of the ones that matter most to how you age. A routine checkup often leaves all four out — which is how a report can print eighty rows and still miss what is ageing you.
hs-CRP (High-Sensitivity CRP)
Hidden inflammation (hs-CRP)
A sensitive measure of low-grade inflammation in your body.
Low means a calm, clean internal environment. Raised means a smouldering fire that ages you from the inside.
Homocysteine
Repair-cycle exhaust (homocysteine)
A waste by-product that builds up when your cells’ repair-and-recycle cycle isn’t running smoothly.
Low is exactly what you want; a rising level flags that your repair cycle is stalling, often from low B12, folate or B6.
Ferritin
Iron stores
Your body’s iron savings account — how much iron you have held in reserve.
Low means the tank is running empty; very high can mean iron overload or hidden inflammation, both hard on your cells.
Folate
Folate (vitamin B9)
Your level of folate (vitamin B9), B12’s partner in building and repairing DNA.
Low folate means more DNA errors and breaks in dividing cells; a good level keeps the repair crew stocked.

Most people never find out
57% are anaemic.
Indian women aged 15–49
NFHS-5, 2019–21
11.4% have diabetes and another 15.3% are prediabetic — roughly one in four.
Indian adults
ICMR-INDIAB, Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology, 2023
66.4% are vitamin D deficient.
Indian children and adolescents
Pooled Indian prevalence estimate
Thyroid dysfunction is found in about 24%, against 2.9% who say they have it.
Indians attending clinics
Indian clinic-based studies
Fewer than 30% of Indian adults are screened regularly. Most people meet these numbers as a symptom — hair fall, tiredness, breathlessness on the stairs — years after a blood test would have shown them.
What each test actually measuresHow it works
Book a home collection, or upload a report you already have. Both take a minute.
The age your body reads, next to the age on your birth certificate — and the four areas behind the gap.
Not twelve things. One, chosen because it is costing you the most. Re-test in 90 days and watch the number move.
Body · Movement · Mind
How you move and how you feel change how you age, just as your bloodwork does. So we read all three — and each one on its own tells you something the other two cannot.
Body

Reads a blood report
Movement
How your body is carrying itself — the two measures that move the needle most on how long you stay well, and the two easiest to change.
Needs a tape measure and a blood pressure reading
Mind
How you have actually been feeling — rested or not, interested or not, and whether you have people around you. It shows up in the body eventually.
Eight short questions
Start with whichever you have to hand. A blood report gets you the furthest, and the other two take a few minutes each.
The signal was always there.
