How we handle your report
Short version: we keep the numbers so we can show you your Body Age, we never sell or share them for advertising, and you can have them deleted by writing to us.
What we keep
- The blood values we read from your report, and your age, sex and red blood cell count.
- Your phone number only if you sign in, so you can find your reports again.
- Your name, email, address and phone number if you book a home collection.
Why
To work out your score and your Body Age, to show you the same report again later, and to arrange a collection when you book one. We do not sell or share it for advertising.
Who can see it
EgaX. Redcliffe Labs receives your booking details only when you book a test with them. To pull the numbers out of a PDF we send the file to reading services run by OpenAI and Google; they return the numbers and do not keep an account for you.
Where, and for how long
On Google Cloud servers in Mumbai, India, until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Write to hello@ega.wellm.co from the number or email you used and we will delete everything we hold about you. You never need to sign in to use EgaX — viewing your report saves it on our servers so you can find it again later, signed in or not.
